Abbey Road, the album called after the EMI studio where The Beatles recorded it,
has become such a well known name that it's almost like a brand. From all over the world people still visit the zebra crossing where this album's photo has been taken.
Tributes or parodies all have the artists (or something else) pictured or drawn similarly.

Red Hot Chili Peppers
In 1988 released The Red Hot Chili Peppers The Abbey Road E.P.. An EP on LP format. It has no covers on it but the sleeve is an iconic parody of the Abbey Road sleeve with the almost naked bandmembers walking over a zebra.
